Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA benefits process. The role is in-person, part-time, with a daily caseload of 3–5 Veterans.
Responsibilities include reviewing electronic medical records via a secure portal, documenting exam findings, completing VA forms, and providing medical opinions based on assessments. This role does not involve treatment or prescribing.
