Job description
Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Job Developer/Case Manager to coordinate, monitor, and mentor the Job Development team, ensuring all services meet veterans’ needs and funding requirements.
You will build relationships with employers and public agencies, assess client needs, develop individualized employment plans, conduct job readiness coaching, and arrange interviews to advance placement.
