Job description
VOALA is seeking a Lead Job Developer/Case Manager to coordinate and monitor the services delivered by the Job Development team for Veterans. You will mentor staff, assess client needs, and expand employment and vocational training opportunities with local employers and public agencies.
The role combines administrative duties with field outreach, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to helping veterans achieve employment goals. On-site work is required.
