GE Vernova's Junior Officer Leadership Program (JOLP) offers former military officers three 8-month rotations in the Wind business, with onsite work in Schenectady, NY. The program develops business, technical and leadership skills while expanding professional networks.
Candidates bring commissioned service, a bachelor's degree, and a drive to learn and lead in a civilian career. Travel up to 20% is expected in early rotations, and relocation to Schenectady or staying onsite is required.
