Action Health Staffing is seeking a Veteran Program Coordinator to develop and support employment pathways for military veterans in healthcare and home care roles across North Carolina. In this role, you will recruit and onboard veteran caregivers, match them with hospital, clinic, and home care assignments, and serve as a key advocate and resource. You’ll collaborate closely with our staffing team, provide transition support, track program outcomes, and ensure a compassionate, respectful experience for both veterans and clients in a fast-paced, caregiver-focused environment.
