Job description
Primary Care Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver world-class care at a VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. You will lead patient care for Veterans, develop care plans with the PACT team, and ensure documentation in the VA VISTA/CPRS system. Great team, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Medical Director and maintaining up-to-date clinical reminders, while enjoying a stable schedule with no on-call duties.
