Job description
Valor Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in San Antonio, TX. You will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care under physician guidance for veterans.
You’ll collaborate with the PACT team and coordinate with VA services to develop patient care plans, conduct exams, order tests, educate patients, and ensure timely documentation and adherence to VA guidelines. Weekday schedule, competitive benefits.
