Job description
The VA Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System is seeking Psychiatrists at the McAllen and Corpus Christi, VA Clinics to join a multidisciplinary general mental health team providing comprehensive psychiatric care to Veterans referred to Mental Health Services. The Staff Psychiatrist conducts initial evaluations, follow-up visits, medication management, crisis assessment, and telemental health.
Approximately 95% of time is devoted to patient care with potential teaching and research
