Job description
AOIA seeks a Medical Director of Primary Care to lead a mission-driven team at the Aberdeen VA Clinic. In this outpatient role, you’ll blend clinical practice with medical leadership to shape care for Veterans who served our country.
You’ll oversee clinical standards and workflows, mentor a team within the PACT model, and drive access, quality, and patient experience for a panel of Veterans in a community-based clinic.
