CareVet is offering a guaranteed base and bonus combination of $200k in your first year with Quail Ridge Animal Hospital as a full‑time veterinarian. Work where you vacation in Lake Tahoe located in the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains! This opportunity is available for an experienced, full‑time doctor who is looking to join our thriving and established hospital in Carson City, NV! We provide you with the tools to help your patients through industry‑leading medical and diagnostic capabilities. We work with small animals and are one of the very few in the surrounding areas that works with exotics and pocket pets! Our facility features 5 exam rooms and a surgical suite, and is equipped with top‑notch equipment including digital dental x‑ray, ultrasound, cold laser and more! Our family‑friendly environment also allows for work/life balance as we’re open Monday through Friday with no after hours or emergency care!

CareVet Offers You:
Pay Range: $120,000–$200,000 annually. Exact salary will be dependent on the position, location, and experience level.

Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose problems
Treat and dress wounds
Perform surgery on animals
Test for and vaccinate against diseases
Operate medical equipment, such as x‑ray machines
Advise animal owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments
Prescribe medication
Work closely in collaboration with Team Members to provide high quality care
