About Our Clinic
Bob Irelan’s Veterinary Services in Lakeland, FL is an established, full-service veterinary practice with deep roots in the community and a reputation for providing thoughtful, compassionate care. The hospital offers a mix of general practice and urgent care, giving veterinarians the opportunity to see a diverse caseload while building lasting relationships with their clients and patients.

Practice type: General Practice + Urgent Care
Average daily patient volume: 20-25 patients per doctor
Support staff ratio: 3:1
Case mix: Wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care
Technology & equipment: Digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, dedicated dental suite, AI scribe, and paper-lite medical records

Prosal compensation: 130-180k (depending on experience) + production bonus

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Florida veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one
Compassionate, client-centered approach to veterinary medicine
Strong communication and client-education skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
