Associate Veterinarian (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Petersen Pet Hospital is hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you’ll find a supportive environment that values collaboration, growth, and having fun while providing exceptional patient care.

Schedule: Full‑time or Part‑time available
Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm; Sunday: Closed

Petersen Pet Hospital is a full‑service, AAHA‑accredited small animal hospital located in Hiawatha, Iowa, a suburb of Cedar Rapids. Our 9,500 sq ft, state‑of‑the‑art facility is fully equipped with laparoscopic tools, EKG, digital radiology, ultrasound, laser technology, and an in‑house lab. Led by experienced veterinarians, we provide a warm, inviting environment for clients and staff.

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in the state of Iowa
