Do you have a passion for animal care and a desire to grow in a collaborative, well-resourced environment? A long-established veterinary hospital in Binghamton, NY is seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join its experienced and supportive team.
Position Highlights
Treat a diverse range of small animal cases, including dogs, cats, and exotics
Collaborate closely with a veterinarian with 35+ years of experience
Be supported by a team of 3 skilled technicians and friendly front desk staff
Work in a fully equipped facility featuring a surgical suite, digital X-ray, and more
Enjoy a loyal and growing client base
What We Offer
Flexible schedule—no weekends required

Diverse caseload—approx. 80% dogs/cats, 20% exotic animals
Supportive team—3 techs, 3 client service representatives, reception staff

Competitive salary $135K–$190K (commensurate with experience), plus performance bonuses
Annual equity incentive—receive 4% ownership in the practice every anniversary (up to 4 years)

Qualifications
DVM degree from an accredited veterinary program
Active New York State veterinary license (in good standing)
