Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to join the team at our successful URGENT CARE clinic. You will primarily diagnose and treat dogs and cats. Daily responsibilities will include performing surgeries, treating wounds, prescribing medications, and spaying/neutering. If you are passionate about providing exceptional animal care, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Provide routine examinations
Diagnose illnesses and recommend treatment
Perform surgeries including dental, ophthalmic, and orthopedic
Perform spay and neuter surgeries
Prescribe medication
Advise pet owners on preventative healthcare, nutrition, and overall pet well-being
Update client records - Ezyvet
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
Previous work experience as a veterinarian. 1 year experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical equipment and anesthesia procedures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple terms
Problem-solving skills
