Veterinarian Opportunity – Columbus Countryside Veterinary Clinic | Columbus, WI
Desire to Learn and Grow?
Interest In: Small-animal general practice in a full-service, AAHA-accredited hospital committed to compassionate, high-quality medicine. Clinical interests may include preventative and wellness care, advanced diagnostics, dentistry, routine and advanced surgery, internal medicine, pain management, urgent and same-day care, client education, and continuity of care throughout every stage of a patient’s life. Columbus Countryside Veterinary Clinic provides a broad medical and surgical caseload for a veterinarian who enjoys comprehensive medicine and continued clinical growth.
Experienced Veterinarian with Broader Clinical Influence: We are seeking an experienced veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine and wants to have a meaningful voice in how care is delivered across the hospital. This opportunity is ideal for a thoughtful, collaborative DVM who values clinical excellence, consistency, and teamwork and is interested in contributing beyond their own caseload.
Supportive, Highly Experienced Technical Team: Practice alongside an exceptionally skilled and established support team that includes numerous Certified Veterinary Technicians, senior and lead technicians, and team members with advanced anesthesia credentials. Their depth of experience supports efficient workflows, strong patient monitoring, excellent client communication, and the ability for doctors to focus on practicing medicine at a high level.
Layout & Facility Highlights: Columbus Countryside Veterinary Clinic is a full-service, AAHA-accredited facility equipped to provide wellness and preventative care, state-of-the-art testing and diagnostics, routine and advanced surgical procedures, urgent care, and pet boarding. The hospital’s equipment, treatment areas, diagnostic capabilities, and established workflows support both comprehensive primary care and more advanced medical cases.
Continued Learning & Professional Growth: We are looking for a veterinarian who remains curious, welcomes feedback, and is motivated to continue developing both clinically and professionally. You will have access to generous continuing education support and opportunities to deepen your clinical interests while building the communication, decision-making, and leadership skills needed to guide a successful hospital team.
Patient Mix: A diverse small-animal caseload primarily consisting of dogs and cats, with a rewarding mix of wellness visits, diagnostic workups, surgery, dentistry, urgent presentations, chronic disease management, and advanced care. The variety of cases allows an experienced veterinarian to remain hands-on clinically while helping elevate the overall medical direction of the practice.
