Veterinarian — Opening Soon in Boise, ID
Urgent Care + General Practice | No Overnights
Sploot Veterinary Care is expanding to Boise in 2027, and we're looking to connect with veterinarians who want to shape the future of vet care in a city that's as outdoorsy, vibrant, and community-driven as we are!
Burned out by overbooked schedules and lack of support? At Sploot, you'll practice high-quality medicine with a fully staffed nursing team - so you can focus on your patients, not the chaos.

Choose your schedule: 3/10s, 3/12s, 4/10s, or rotating 3- and 4-day weeks
Highly skilled nursing team with up to a 3:1 nurse-to-DVM ratio

What Makes You a Great Fit
DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Idaho
TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians
Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency
Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing your skills
Bonus Points: experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals
The Perks of the Pack
$130,000–$160,000 base salary (shift and experience dependent)
ProSal model with 20–25% production and no negative accrual
