Calusa Veterinary Center is hiring a full-time Medical Director to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to cats and dogs. We are looking for someone to lead, grow, and help shape the future of a well-established, community-trusted hospital.

Compensation and Location
Salary : $200,000 to $250,000 base + production
Medical Director Stipend : To be determined based on experience and DVM team
Location : 6900 Congress Avenue, Boca Raton, FL 33487
Additional : Sign-on bonus packages available
Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
Interest in leadership, mentorship, and practice growth
