Job description
Full‑time Medical Director
Calusa Veterinary Center is hiring a full‑time Medical Director to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to cats and dogs. We are looking for someone to lead, grow, and help shape the future of a well‑established, community‑trusted hospital.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $200,000 to $250,000 base + production
Sign‑on bonus packages available
Medical Director Stipend: To be determined based on experience and DVM team
Location: 6900 Congress Avenue, Boca Raton FL 33487

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
Valid veterinary license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Interest in leadership, mentorship, and practice growth.
