Role:
Founding Veterinarian
Responsibilities:
Lead the launch of a new small animal practice, shape medical standards, and build and mentor a collaborative team. Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, dental, and wellness care, manage cases, communicate and educate clients, and promote a culture of compassionate, preventative medicine.
Qualifications & Skills:
Veterinary degree with clinical expertise in small animal care, strong leadership and team-building abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high‑quality, client‑centered care.
Key Duties:
Oversee hospital operations and protocols, support professional development, and create a positive environment that benefits pets and their families.
