Wasatch Animal Clinic – Associate Veterinarian
Wasatch Animal Clinic is a community-focused, small animal practice located in the heart of Heber City, UT, and we’re excited to welcome our next Associate Veterinarian to the team! Our four-doctor practice is supported by an experienced, dedicated staff, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, collaborative environment where we genuinely enjoy working together while practicing high-quality medicine.
Our clinic offers the charm of a quaint, mountain-view setting, paired with the modern technology and tools needed to thoroughly test, treat, and care for our patients. We are also proud to be active in our community and regularly partner with the local shelter, Paws for Life.

4 CVTs support the doctors, with several team members pursuing certification
Our techs are highly engaged and utilized
Open to veterinarians interested in surgery/dentistry, not required
Annual anesthesia and dental training for technicians, with doctors attending
Staff tenure ranges from 5–30 years

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Full-time or part-time options available
Surgery for half a day and appointments the other half (flexible AM/PM)
1-hour lunch, wellness visits 15 minutes, sick visits 30 minutes
Admin time at the end of the day (30–60 minutes, flexible)
Open to veterinarian schedule preferences
Orthopedic equipment for TPLOs and other procedures
Electrocautery, endoscope, ultrasound, dental, and digital x‑ray
In-house IDEXX bloodwork and suction
Large Animal Work
5% of caseload involves large animals: goats, sheep, pigs, horses, and cows
Basic large animal surgery
