Veterinarian – General Practice – Small Animal & Exotics – Independence, Missouri
Three Trails Animal Hospital is hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, well-established team in Independence, MO. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you’ll find a supportive environment that values growth, teamwork, and delivering exceptional patient care.
What to Expect
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience
Production Bonus: 21% production (Total Earning Potential: Up to $150,000+)
Sign‑on Bonus and relocation assistance available
Schedule: Consistent 4‑day schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8am–6pm), every other Saturday (8am–2pm), no on‑call responsibilities, time off on Sundays and all major holidays

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in the state of Missouri
