Job description
We are seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Internal Medicine Veterinarian to join a high-level emergency and specialty hospital. This role offers clinical autonomy, advanced diagnostics, and strong earning potential in a collaborative environment.
$225,000–$300,000 base salary plus 25% production (negotiable, based on experience)
$50,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
DVM or equivalent
Board-certified or residency-trained in internal medicine (or board-eligible)
Organized, adaptable, and confident managing complex cases
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee
