Mentorship & Support for New Graduates
We are passionate about supporting new grads and helping them thrive. Our mentorship program includes:
Structured onboarding and orientation
One-on-one surgical training
Shadowing opportunities
Blocked appointment times for additional support and learning
New graduate discussion groups
An environment where questions are welcomed and encouraged
Dr. Lawrence, our Chief of Staff, has extensive experience mentoring veterinarians and genuinely enjoys helping new doctors build confidence and develop their skills
You’ll also have a team around you every day. Each DVM has a personal veterinary assistant for the day, along with 2–3 LVTs supporting appointments, procedures, and surgeries. Our team includes 4 LVTs , providing an experienced clinical support system you can rely on.
A Practice Designed to Support Your Day
We’re a busy practice with a strong appointment schedule, regularly booking out weeks in advance.
Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, unless there is a specific reason for additional time.
We also recognize that practicing good medicine requires time to catch up, communicate with clients, and finish the day without constantly feeling rushed. That’s why our schedule includes a 1.5-hour lunch break plus three additional 30-minute catch-up blocks throughout the day. Our doctors and staff value leaving on time, and we’ve built our schedule with that goal in mind.

Full-Time Benefits
ProSal compensation model with base salary range of $130,000-$160,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
Quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual
