Up to $150,000 | Multi-Doctor Team | Support Staff Ratio up to 5:1 | Strong Clinical Support | Morgantown, West Virginia A well-established small animal hospital in Morgantown is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its multi-doctor clinical team. This is a strong opportunity for a veterinarian looking to work in a supportive, structured environment with a varied caseload and a strong emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and consistent clinical standards.
The hospital operates as a multi-DVM practice with a team-based approach to medicine, encouraging shared case discussion, continuity of care, and collaborative decision-making.
