In this position you will help to develop and maintain a high quality, efficient and effective medical team, by fostering an environment of trust, teamwork and accountability. Work in tandem with the Hospital Manager and report directly to the Regional Manager.
A little more about us: We are a full-service General Practice Animal Hospital; during business hours we also see urgent and emergency cases. We are known to practice integrative medicine to include acupuncture and we offer Chinese herbs to supplement standard medical care. We have close relationships with our clients as we are living and working alongside them in a unique and friendly mountain community. The hospital is beautiful and your doctor's office will be in the loft above treatment.
Benefits
Competitive base salary: $150,000 - $170,000 + Production Bonuses (no negative accrual option available)
Signing bonus and relocation packages up to $100,000!
