Newberg Veterinary Hospital is excited to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to our thriving, multi-doctor general practice as we grow through an exciting period of transition. About the Practice
Full‑service small animal GP serving dogs & cats
Strong emphasis on general practice and internal medicine
Advanced diagnostics including:
Digital radiographs
Ultrasound (performed regularly in‑house)
PennHIP
Dentals, urgent care appointments as needed, and comprehensive medical workups
Modern, well‑equipped hospital with on‑site boarding
Incredibly experienced and supportive staff with excellent doctor‑to‑tech ratios
Our veterinarians have traditionally been successful here because they enjoy a broad scope of medicine and collaborating closely with a seasoned, capable support team.
Your Role
Provide high‑quality, compassionate care across a full range of GP and internal medicine cases
Perform diagnostics, dentals, urgent care, and medical case management
Collaborate with experienced colleagues who value mentorship, teamwork, and learning
Help shape the future of the practice during a meaningful period of evolution
Option to bring your own professional interests or niche into the hospital. If you have a preferred focus, we are open and eager to explore how it fits into our practice.
Schedule & Flexibility
Currently open Monday–Saturday, with some late shifts
Previously operated 7 days/week — flexibility in scheduling is important to us
