Step into a thriving small-animal practice in Marion Oaks, FL as an Associate Veterinarian with compensation up to $170,000. Candidates may also be eligible for signing, retention, and relocation packages up to $75,000.

The Role
Perform comprehensive exams, diagnostics, and medical workups
Communicate clearly with clients to guide treatment decisions and preventive care
Conduct general surgery and dentistry with high standards of medical quality
Maintain accurate, timely medical records
Prescribe medications and follow controlled substance protocols
Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and support staff to optimize patient flow and teamwork
Help evaluate and refine hospital protocols from intake through discharge
Monitor hospitalized cases and participate in rounds as needed
Engage in ongoing training and practice updates
Other duties as needed to support smooth daily operations
Requirements
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
Current license (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in Florida
DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain and maintain)
1+ years of experience in a veterinary practice with solid clinical and diagnostic skills
Proficiency in general surgery and dentistry
Strong client communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties requiring standing, bending, and kneeling
Authorization to work in the United States
