Our Caseload 80% Small Animal / 20% Large Animal(the opportunity currently available is working with only small animal)

We perform advanced soft tissue surgeries and offerorthopedic procedures with support from a traveling orthopedic surgeon
Comprehensive reproductive services including: OFA testing
Semen collection/evaluation/shipment
In-house progesterone/ovulation timing
Pregnancy ultrasound
Scheduled C-sections
Infertility evaluations
Doctor Support & Schedule Average 14–16 patients per day
30-minute wellness appointments
45-minute sick appointments
Strong support staff structure: 1 Doctor : 1 Assistant
2.5 Licensed Technicians

Compensation & Benefits:
A pro-sal compensation model with a base salary of $115,000 - $140,000 (based on experience & schedule)
Production bonus with no negative accrual
