Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus - Dedicated Technician Support - Intentional Scheduling

At East Maryland Animal Hospital, we believe great medicine starts with giving veterinarians the time, support, and resources they need to do their best work.

We're seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established small animal practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Whether you're an experienced DVM or a newer graduate looking for mentorship, you'll find a collaborative team, loyal clientele, and a culture built on communication, respect, and quality patient care.

Hospital Highlights

* Four exam rooms plus a dedicated comfort room

* Two-table surgical suite

* Dental treatment area

* Full IDEXX in-house diagnostics including ProCyte, Catalyst, Sedivue, SNAP Readers, and inVue

* No boarding or grooming services

Compensation & Benefits

* Base salary of $110,000-$130,000 , depending on experience

* Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

* Quarterly production bonus opportunities

About You

* DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school

* Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain)

* Strong communication skills
