Channel Islands Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Associate DVM to join our collaborative 5-doctor team. We're especially interested in veterinarians who enjoy mentoring others, influencing culture, and may be interested in future leadership opportunities.

What We Offer

Compensation: $150,000-$200,000+ DOE

We’re Looking For

DVM (or equivalent)

California license (or ability to obtain)

Passion for excellent medicine and teamwork

Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth

Strong surgical skills preferred
