Global Talent Partners is delighted to represent a highly respected, long-established AAHA-accredited small animal hospital seeking an additional Veterinarian to join its collaborative team.
This practice has served its community for decades and has built an exceptional reputation for delivering outstanding patient care, advanced medicine and an outstanding client experience. It offers the perfect combination of cutting‑edge equipment, experienced support staff and a genuinely supportive culture.
The hospital welcomes experienced veterinarians while also offering structured mentorship for recent graduates looking to develop their confidence in surgery and medicine.
You’ll join a collaborative team of four veterinarians supported by a highly trained technical and nursing team who enable doctors to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
The practice offers a diverse caseload including:
Wellness and preventative medicine
Internal medicine
Soft tissue surgery
Orthopedic surgery
Comprehensive dentistry
Digital radiography
Ultrasound
Echocardiography
Laser therapy
PennHIP radiography
Exotic animal medicine
In‑house diagnostics
Hospitalization and intensive nursing care

Candidate Requirements
DVM or equivalent
Virginia veterinary license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in surgery and medicine
