Veterinarian – Keepers Animal Clinic | Rochester, WA
Keepers Animal Clinic is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Associate Veterinarian to join our growing practice. We are proud to provide high-quality, personalized care in a supportive, collaborative environment where both patients and team members thrive.
We are expanding into abrand-new, 4,000 sq. ft. facility in late June/early July—just 3 minutes from our current location. The new hospital will feature:
Dedicatedsurgery suite anddental suite
6 exam rooms
Comfortableteam break room
Our hospital is equipped with advanced technology to support high-quality medicine, including:
Digital radiography
Therapeutic laser
About the Opportunity
Flexible scheduling designed to supporttrue work/life balance
No weekends, no late nights, and no overnight shifts
Structured schedule with:
Surgery days (typically starting at 8:00 AM)
Collaborative and positive team culture that actively prioritizes atoxic-free workplace
Strong support staff with a1:2 doctor-to-tech/assistant ratio , including3 LVTs
Opportunity to see a consistent caseload (typically15+ patients/day ) while maintaining quality care
Established relationships with community organizations, including CFA and senior services
Flexibility to tailor your schedule and workflow to what works best for you
