Job description
Are you a seasoned veterinarian ready to take the next step in your career? Rand Road Animal Hospital in Palatine, IL is seeking aChief of Staff to lead our dedicated team of veterinary professionals.
In this pivotal role, you'll serve as both a medical leader and trusted clinician- providing high-quality patient care while mentoring associate veterinarians, guiding medical protocols, and shaping a collaborative, high-performing culture. This position offers the opportunity to influence the medical direction of the hospital while continuing to do what you love: practicing excellent veterinary medicine alongside a skilled and supportive team.
Located in the vibrant Northwest Chicago suburb ofPalatine , our well-established practice has been a trusted part of the community since1970 . We provide high-quality, compassionate care to dogs and cats—and we're continuing to grow!
