3.5–4 day work week , including 4 x 8s options
Competitive compensation options, including: $110,000 starting base + 23% production
Average ATC of $300

What We’re Looking For
DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited program
Licensure (or ability to become licensed) in Utah
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
Interest in practicing high‑quality medicine with a broad case mix
Experience preferred, but mentorship and support are always available
