Role:
Medical Lead Veterinarian
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality companion animal care, oversee diagnosis, treatment, surgery, dentistry, and preventive services.
Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff, manage cases, review diagnostic results, develop medical protocols, and ensure effective client communication and education.
Key Duties:
Collaborate with a team-oriented group, foster a positive professional culture, help establish standards of care and improve workflow efficiency, and support staff training and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Veterinary degree, clinical expertise in companion animal care, leadership ability, strong communication skills, and a dedication to team development and high standards of care.
