Role:
Medical Lead Veterinarian
Oversee clinical operations ensuring high-quality medical, surgical, dental, and preventive care for small animals.
Develop and implement protocols and standards to maintain clinical excellence.
Mentor and lead a dedicated, compassionate team of veterinary professionals.
Collaborate with staff to promote respectful client communication, education, and continuity of care.
Contribute to a supportive environment with strong technical staff and diverse service experience.
Support professional growth and continuing education initiatives for team members.
