Startz Veterinary, nestled in the scenic community of Canyon Lake, TX, is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive veterinary care to pets and their families. Our experienced team of veterinarians and support staff is committed to fostering strong bonds with our clients and their beloved animals. From routine preventive care to advanced diagnostics and surgical procedures, we strive to exceed expectations in every aspect of pet healthcare. This is a full-time or part-time role with scheduling flexibility. We’re open to veterinarians with 2+ years of experience.
Core Competencies
DVM or VMD degree (or foreign equivalent)
Active Texas State Veterinary license in good standing
Active DEA and Texas DPS drug license
Residence within reasonable driving distance of work location
Ability to use a PC computer and MS Office
An interest in exotics (or a willingness to learn) is a valuable plus, but not required

Office Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Every other Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
