About Us
Tolland Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, privately owned, three-doctor small animal practice that combines a longstanding reputation for excellence with modern medicine, advanced diagnostics, and the freedom to focus on patient care rather than corporate metrics. Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $120,000-$160,000 plus monthly production bonuses, signing bonus, and a robust benefits package.
Advanced Technology: Digital radiography (body and dental), ultrasound, in-house/reference laboratory, fully-equipped surgical suite, Cornerstone software.
Ownership Opportunity: Potential future ownership opportunities.
Mentorship: You will never be expected to navigate challenging cases alone. Our three doctors provide individualized support, collaborative case review, and hands-on mentorship to help you succeed.
Schedule
Four-day workweek for full-time veterinarians
No on-call or after-hours emergency duty
Every third Saturday only (4 hours)
Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling
Benefits Include
Base salary $120,000-$160,000
