Veterinarian
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year + production
Sign on Bonus: Available for qualified candidates
Location: 2 Springhurst Dr. S., East Greenbush, NY 12061
East Greenbush Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time experienced Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, and pocket pets. No new grads, please.
What to Expect
A schedule that respects your time. Our last appointment of the day is at 6:30pm. You won’t be expected to stay late. Full-time veterinarians work 35-40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation, with at least one weekday off. Appointments are 20 minutes, and we offer tech appointments. We share a light on-call rotation limited to phone triage only, with no in-clinic emergency coverage. Call‑ins are rare and typically limited to established patients or boarders.
A 3:1 staff to doctor ratio. You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients. Our experienced team includes 6 DVMs and a strong support staff of licensed technicians, assistants, and CSRs.

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in the state of New York
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
