Catalina Pet Hospital, one of Tucson's longest-standing veterinary practices, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and well-supported team.

Six exam rooms
Dedicated comfort room with direct outdoor access for grieving families or sensitive patients
Two-table surgical suite
Open treatment area with double wet tables
Digital and dental radiography
Ultrasound
Therapeutic laser
Full in-house IDEXX diagnostics, including ProCyte, Catalyst, SediVue, and SNAP testing
Same-day urgent care appointments for established clients
Access to specialty and university referral resources as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary of $110,000-$125,000 , depending on experience
Quarterly production bonus opportunities
Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus

About You
DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Passion for patient care and client education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to practicing high-quality medicine
