Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced, motivated DVM ready for the next step in their career, and we're backing that step with one of the strongest incentive packages in the region. Incentive PackageUp to $180,000 Base Salary
21% – 23% Production
$50K – $75K Sign-On Bonus
$5K Annual CE Allowance
Path to Growth: Medical Director or equity/joint venture opportunity
DEA, AVMA, VIN, state license, and PLIT fees — fully paid

What We're Looking ForDVM (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Florida
1+ year experience preferred
Comfortable with surgery and dentistry
Interest in leadership and team development is a plus
Strong communication and collaborative mindset
