VCA Veterinary Specialists of CT is looking to expand their surgical team!
nVeterinary Specialists of CT is seeking Veterinary Anesthesia Technician to join the specialty surgical team at our 24-7 hybrid and specialty referral hospital in West Hartford, CT.

nVeterinary Anesthesia Technician Responsibilities:
nnnAnesthesia monitoring/case workup
n
nnFull Technician Skill Utilization
n
nnCollecting patient histories & physical exams
n
nnVenipuncture / IVC placement
n
nnHands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
n
nnWorking collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
n
nnProviding compassionate care for all patients
n
n nPotential Schedule: Full-time, weekday shifts. Monday thru Friday. 4/5 shifts Incentivized voluntary on-call shifts.
nCompensation: $25 - $35 per hour based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.

nThis role is suited for a Certified Technician with 3 years of anesthesia experience and leadership experience preferred. Candidate must be positive, able to assist with case flow, support the surgical team with challenging surgical cases and provide training and support as appropriate.
