Job description
VCA Inc. is seeking an Area Chief of Staff in Centreville, Virginia. This role involves leading and developing associate veterinarians, ensuring veterinary quality care, and managing hospital performance. The position offers a salary range of $150,000 – $180,000 annually, with additional incentives based on performance.
Qualified candidates should hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a minimum of three years' experience in small animal practice.
