We are seeking a second Veterinary Cardiologist to join our growing specialty team in a state-of-the-art, 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital designed to support advanced medicine, collaboration, and career longevity. Since opening in 2021, we've built a dynamic team of specialists, emergency doctors, and highly skilled veterinary professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a positive and sustainable workplace culture.

As our Cardiology service continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside specialists across multiple disciplines, contribute to advanced procedural offerings, and help further develop a collaborative, progressive program. Advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities including:Echocardiography and advanced ultrasound

CT, MRI, and Fluoroscopy

Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy

Digital Radiography

Mechanical Ventilation, High Flow Oxygen, Plasma Exchange, and more

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will:

Provide medical and/or interventional cardiology care, including diagnosis and management of complex cardiac cases

Perform and interpret echocardiograms, thoracic radiographs, ECGs, and Holter/telemetry monitoring

Participate in on-call coverage for ER echocardiograms and catheterization procedures as needed

Collaborate with Emergency and Critical Care teams to support inpatient cardiac care

Access ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities, including procedural growth across the Ethos network

Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care

Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations

Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning

What You Bring

DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Washington state veterinary licensure

Board Certification in Cardiology (ACVIM Cardiology) or residency-trained status

Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach

A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care

A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine

Interest in building lasting relationships with colleagues, referral partners, and clients
