Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Chief of Staff to lead hospital operations, champion pets' wellbeing, and drive client service and productivity. The role partners with the Practice Manager to build a high-performing veterinary team and to ensure Banfield standards and profitability are achieved.
The Chief of Staff will balance leadership duties (20-30%) with clinical veterinary responsibilities (70-80%), mentoring Associate Veterinarians, and coordinating schedules and development plans.
