Position at Bay State Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Services. Bay State Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Services (BSVESS) is growing and looking for a passionate Veterinary Dermatologist to join our team and help shape what's next.

In summer 2024, we unveiled our beautifully renovated 38,000 sq ft facility—designed with advanced medicine in mind. With cutting‑edge internal medicine and surgical services already in place, plus a state-of-the-art radiation oncology center, we’re expanding into oncology, ophthalmology, cardiology, and dermatology.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Veterinary Dermatologist to help build and grow our dermatology service.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat skin and related disease conditions in companion and exotic animals.
Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies and laser treatments.
Collaborate with internal medicine, surgery, and oncology teams for comprehensive patient care.
Maintain detailed medical records and documentation.
Educate clients and staff regarding dermatologic conditions and prevention.
Qualifications
Diplomate of ACVD or residency-trained and exam-eligible.
Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts.
Demonstrated clinical experience in dermatology or related specialty.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
