Job description
COVE Animal Health in the Massachusetts/Rhode Island region seeks a Group President to lead multiple hospitals, recruit and retain doctors, mentor staff, and drive regional growth while maintaining clinical ties. This role focuses on expanding services and returning ER coverage to 24/7 availability.
You will oversee hospital performance, guide strategic initiatives, and step into ER/Urgent Care clinical coverage when the team requires leadership and hands-on involvement.
