Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Chief of Staff to lead the hospital team, balance veterinary duties with leadership, and drive high quality care and client service.
You will partner with the Medical Director and Practice Manager to develop staff, manage schedules, improve productivity, and uphold Banfield protocols while fostering engaging patient care.
This role requires DVM, leadership experience, and ability to guide associates through development plans and market objectives.
