Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team, ensure high-quality care, and maintain exceptional client service. The Shift Lead assists the Practice Manager and COS, supports scheduling, and promotes the hospital’s Five Principles in daily operations.

The role requires veterinary hospital experience, strong communication, and the ability to supervise and train staff while maintaining patient care standards. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.
