Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent client service. The Shift Lead may also perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed.
Ideal candidates will help schedule staff, maintain adherence to policies, and foster a productive, positive team environment while upholding Banfield protocols and hospital standards.
